Bill is a qualified accountant and MBA, with significant healthcare experience and wide experience in other sectors including retail, mining and manufacturing. Bill is an expert in long term financial management, databases and data modelling. Recent projects include leading the LTFM for a Foundation Trust applicant and contract negotiations and monitoring for APMS.

Bill has read most of the world’s book supply, speaks Russian, and has completed several iron man triathlons .
