Claire Holditch
Claire’s background is in the commercial world, having worked in corporate finance advising companies on fund raisings and mergers and acquisitions for many years. Since completing an MA in organisational dynamics, Claire has worked in the NHS applying her experience of strategic and business planning to a variety of roles.
Claire’s recent projects include Foundation Trust integrated business planning, strategy development, service modernisation, evaluating organisational models for autonomous provider services and project management for innovate intermediate care services. Claire leads on the NHS Benchmarking Network’s work on provider services benchmarking, world class commissioning and practice based commissioning.
Claire enjoys spending time with her family, mountain biking and cross country
skiing.
