Debbie is an experienced NHS manager (IHSM) who has spent all of her working life working in the NHS. She started off life working in Public Health at Regional Health Authority level, moved into Primary Care development and then moved into an operational post managing community services. She then spent some time working in mental health services, and has experience of operational management of both acute and community mental health services. Latterly, her working life has been spent in Divisional Management of Women’s and Children’s services and finally in a Service Modernisation role in a first wave acute foundation trust. Debbie supports a wide range of NHS Benchmarking Network projects. Recent projects for Debbie include delivering staffing strategies, implementing quality indicators in provider services and reviewing community dental services.
